This agreement is between Janet S. Wahl & MindbalanceLLC and this website user. The user of this website agrees to the following terms and conditions.
Privacy Policy
We collect the e-mail addresses of those who communicate with us via e-mail. Phone numbers are collected if you contact us by phone and if you complete Participation Forms.
Your name, personal e-mail, phone number that are collected when doing business with Mindbalance LLC will not be shared with any organization. We will never sell or rent your email address. We do not set cookies.
If you choose to correspond with us by e-mail, these emails will be saved: your email and our responses. We provide the same protections for these electronic communications that we employ in the maintenance of information received by mail or telephone. These communications will not be disclosed unless we are legally bound to disclose them.
Similar to other commercial web sites, our web site utilizes web server logs to collect information about how this website is used. This may include the date and time of visit, pages viewed, time spent at our web site, and the web sites visited just before and just after our web site. The method of payment to MindbalanceLLC is PayPal which uses the industry standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL).
All other client information is kept in a locked file.
Deposits
Deposits and fees for all courses and seminars are non-refundable. By accepting these terms, you acknowledge that if you should for any reason be unable to attend a seminar or class that you have purchased, you will still be charged in full for the cost of the seminar or class and a refund will not be granted. Online registration: by making an online purchase of any of the seminars or classes taught by Janet Wahl, you acknowledge that payment in full is due at the beginning of the class. Acceptance of these terms and conditions constitutes a binding contractual agreement with Janet Wahl and Mindbalance LLC.
Cancellations
All cancellations for individual sessions must be received by voicemail or email 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment. If not received 24 hours in advance, the full fee is due.
